Dayna Day Designs is a textile and home decor brand owned and operated by Printivize LLC, based in Rockland, Massachusetts. This policy explains what personal information we collect through daynadaydesigns.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.
Information you give us
- Order and account information — your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address, and the contents of your order.
- Payment information — card and payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Artwork, photographs and personalization details you provide — including photographs for custom pillows, names, dates, monograms and wording for embroidery and wedding stationery, and any files you send us. If what you send contains personal information — a photograph of a person, a name, a wedding date — we process it solely to produce your order.
- Messages and enquiries — anything you send through our contact or quote forms, by email, or by phone.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Booking information — if you schedule a call or design consultation with us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar analytics data. We use cookies and comparable technologies for essential site functions (keeping items in your cart, keeping you signed in), and for analytics that tell us how the site is being used. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

- To take payment and prevent fraud
- To contact you about your order, proofs, or questions
- To provide quotes and respond to enquiries
- To send marketing emails, where you’ve asked to receive them

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it’s needed to run the business:
- Payment processors — to take and verify payment
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
- Production and supply partners — our products are printed and sewn in Rockland, Massachusetts. Where an item is decorated, produced or shipped by a partner rather than in our own workroom, we share the information needed to fulfil that order
- Service providers — website hosting, email delivery, analytics, backup and security services acting on our behalf
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we’re legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to support your account and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Artwork, photographs and personalization details are retained so we can reprint or reorder for you — if you’d like your files deleted, ask us. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that’s wrong
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Stop sending you marketing email — every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link
- Delete artwork or photographs you’ve provided
California residents. If you live in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws have similar rights, and we’ll honour them on the same basis.

Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security — but if a breach affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as required by law.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Third-party links
Our site links to services we don’t control, including social media. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
